REGISTRATION FOR THE
2025 Summer camp
Clarke’s Cubs has been providing an enriching summer program for children who are out of school for the summer break for exclusively 4 years – with a year round childcare program for the last 7 years. We have developed a summer program that children and their families can come to and receive consistent care while still being able to have flexibility in their schedules. At Clarke’s Cubs families make their own schedules and only pay for the days their children attend.
**Outdoor Experience:** We prioritize outdoor activities, spending the entire day outside. Breakfast is served indoors at 8 AM, and once the children finish, they head outside. In the event of rain or thunderstorms, we transition indoors for board games, movies, arts and crafts, or utilize our new indoor playspace if inclement weather persists.
– **Field Trips:** Our program includes frequent field trips to various locations such as Flathead Lake, huckleberry picking, the Goats of Glacier experience, Whitefish Beach, and local parks.
– **Weekly Themes:** We implement 12 engaging weekly themes throughout the summer, continually introducing new ideas.
– **Water Play:** Daily water activities are available, weather permitting, including sprinklers, slip ‘n slides, small pools, and water balloon games.
– **Animal Interaction:** Clarke’s Cubs features a diverse range of animals that the children absolutely adore.
– **Flexible Payment Options:** Parents only pay for the days they utilize. Any prepaid days that go unused will roll over. We also offer flexible payment arrangements, allowing payments to be made on the same day or weekly/biweekly.
– **Staff-to-Child Ratio:** We maintain a ratio of 1 staff member for every 10 children, often exceeding this with three or more staff members present for our daily attendance of 25-30 children.
