What is Drop-In Care?
Our Drop-In service, launched in April 2025, is designed for families who need a few hours of safe, reliable care. Perfect for running errands, attending appointments, or handling last-minute needs. Drop-In is not intended for regular, daily childcare.

Sunday:7:30am-6pm
Monday: 7:30am-6pm
Tuesday: 7:30am-6pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-6pm
Thursday: 7:30am-6pm
Friday: 7:30am-6pm
Saturday: 7:30am-6pm
**We will be CLOSED for Saturdays & Sundays during the summer (June-end of August)**
Who Can Use Drop-In Care?
We welcome all ages during our open hours, because we know childcare needs can come up for little ones at any stage.
How to Get Started
Before your first visit, please complete:
1. Our general waiver (renewed yearly)
2. Our Drop-In registration form — this provides us with important details about your child and connects you to our ProCare system
Through ProCare, we:
– Record meals, diapers, and sleep times
– Communicate directly with families
– Track check-ins/check-outs for safety
A Typical Drop-In Day
We keep our schedule flexible to match children’s interests while offering a variety of engaging activities:
● Meals & Snacks: Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack
● Play & Learning: Free play, sensory bins, games, arts & crafts
● Rest Time: Naps/rest periods based on age and need
● Infant Care: Diaper changes at least every 2 hours, Safe Sleep policy followed, and infants gently rocked to sleep before being placed in a safe sleep space
Pickup & Safety
● Parents sign children in and out at our lobby kiosk
● Only authorized pickups listed in ProCare may take a child — no exceptions for safety
What to Bring
● Water cup or bottles
● Pacifier, diapers, wipes, ointment
● Special blanket or comfort item
● Extra clothes
● Lunch/snacks (or purchase lunch from us for $5)
Pricing
● Ages 3 and under: $7/hour or $55/day
● Ages 4 and over: $6/hour or $45/day
● Lunch: $5
