General
Where are you located?
We have two locations:
– Indoor Playspace: 421 W Idaho St , Kalispell
– Outdoor Summer Program: 1672 Stag Ln, Kalispell (summer months only)
What ages do you serve?
We welcome children from birth through age 12 for most programs. Specific age ranges apply for some services (e.g., outdoor summer program is for ages 3–12, potty trained).
Do you require reservations?
Open Play does not require reservations.
Do you offer tours?
Yes! We welcome tours during our Open Play hours — no appointment needed.
Open Play
Can I drop my child off for Open Play?
No. Open Play is for parents/caregivers to stay and supervise their children.
How much does Open Play cost?
$11 for 1 child, $8 per sibling, under 12 months free with a paid sibling. Adults are included.
Are grippy socks required?
Yes! Grippy Socks are required for all children and adults. We sell Clarke’s Cubs grippy socks for $2 if you forget.
Drop-In Care
Do I need to register before using Drop-In?
Yes. You must complete our Drop-In registration form and yearly waiver before your first visit.
Are staff vetted and qualifed to work with children?
All of our staff undergo a background check as well as reference check upon hiring. Once hired staff are under a probationary period of 3 months to ensure it is a good fit for everyone. Staff are not left alone with children until they are CPR/First Aid certified.
What are your ratios?
Our preferred ratio in the drop-in center are 6 children to one adult.
Can I book hourly or daily?
Yes! We offer both hourly rates and flat daily rates.
Do you provide meals?
We offer snacks as need, lunch is $5, or you can pack your own.
Afterschool Program
Which schools do you pick up from?
We provide transportation from Peterson, Rankin, Elrod, Russell, Edgerton, and Hedges.
What is your ratio in the afterschool program?
For our afterschool program we follow a 10:1 Ratio.
What’s included in the Afterschool Program?
Indoor play, games, arts & crafts, homework help, snacks, and caring supervision until 6 PM.
Summer Program
How do I choose between the indoor and outdoor summer program?
The outdoor program is for potty-trained kids ages 3–12 who enjoy being outside all day. The indoor program is great for all ages 0–12 and offers climate-controlled fun.
Do you run the program all summer?
Yes — our summer program runs from June through August.
Birthday Parties & Events
How do I book a birthday party?
You can book online here or contact us for custom times.
Can we bring our own food and decorations?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. We provide 2 tables with 16 chairs and a table for food, and another for gifts.
Policies & Safety
What is your sick policy?
How do you ensure safety during care?
We use ProCare for secure check-in/check-out, have trained staff, follow Safe Sleep practices, and maintain age-appropriate supervision ratios.
Are your staff background checked?
Yes. All staff undergo background checks before employment.
